Welcome to the Zen Mind Beginners Meditation Course.

Meditation has been used for many thousands of years as a tool for calming the mind, gaining clarity of thought, solving problems, attaining greater emotional intelligence and helping us to understand who we are, what we are and why we are here.

This beginners course is ideal for anyone who has never meditated before and would like to learn more about it. It is also beneficial for anyone interested in understanding more about their mind or who would like to develop their concentration.

It will also help people suffering from stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

By practising this simple meditation for about 20 minutes a day, you should notice the benefits in a few weeks.

The meditation has been broken down into 6 simple videos.

  • Part 1 describes the benefits of meditation.
  • Parts 2-5 describe the four parts of the meditation.
  • Part 6 is 25 minutes guided meditation which you can use until you feel comfortable remembering and practice the four parts by yourself.

I would suggest that after learning each part of the meditation, you practise it for a few days before moving on to the next part.
